How we handle your information

EKB Equipment LLC sells and delivers skid steer attachments across Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana. This page explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We've tried to write it in plain English rather than legal boilerplate.

What we collect

We only collect information you give us directly. There are four ways that happens:

The "Looking for something specific?" form — your name, phone number, and a description of what you're after.
Restock notifications — your email address and/or phone number, plus which item you're waiting on.
Our newsletter — just your email address.
Buying something from us — your name, phone number, delivery or pickup location, payment method, and (if it applies) your agricultural exemption number. This is recorded by us at the time of sale, not collected through the website.

We also automatically log the IP address of anyone who submits one of the forms above. That's used solely to block spam and abuse.

What we don't collect

This part is short, and it's worth stating plainly: this website has no advertising trackers, no analytics services, no Google Analytics, and no social media pixels. We don't build profiles of visitors, and we don't track you across other websites. The only cookie this site sets is a login cookie for our own staff tools — it isn't set for regular visitors.

What we do with it

We use what you give us to do the thing you contacted us about — answer your question, let you know when something's back in stock, arrange a delivery, or complete a sale. If you signed up for our newsletter, we'll also email you when we have a large restock. Like any business, we keep records of completed sales.

We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with advertisers or data brokers. We never have, and we don't intend to. Apart from our own team, the only outside parties involved are the services that host our website and send our email — they can't use your information for their own purposes — and, as with any business, anything we're legally required to provide.

Marketing emails and how to stop them

Every newsletter we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it and you're removed immediately — no login, no confirmation step, no "are you sure." You can also just reply to any email from us and ask, or contact us using the details below.

Unsubscribing from the newsletter doesn't affect anything else. We'll still respond if you contact us about a purchase.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct something that's wrong, ask us to delete it, or unsubscribe from our emails. Just reach out using the contact details below and we'll handle it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law — we'll honor those requests regardless of where you're located.

Children

This site sells heavy equipment attachments and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and change the "last updated" date at the top.
